I am Brandon Judy, a mission-driven leader with over 15 years of experience aligning business strategy with operational excellence. I specialize in bridging the gap between high-level goals and practical execution, delivering measurable results through data-driven decisions, innovative processes, and people-centered leadership.

As a homeschool graduate and an active advocate for education, I bring a unique perspective to every role I have held. My upbringing instilled in me a love of learning, self-discipline, and creativity, which have shaped my professional journey. I have had the privilege of contributing to the homeschool community in meaningful ways, from leading remote teams, to driving innovative solutions for curriculum publishers, to building learning apps, integrating systems, and supporting online learning environments.

My faith is a cornerstone of both my personal and professional life. Guided by a commitment to integrity, stewardship, and servant leadership, I aim to empower teams, support communities, and make an eternal impact. Whether coaching executives, mentoring teams, or developing strategies, my goal is always to reflect my values and make a difference.

I have served as a Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations, and Director of Ops, overseeing diverse departments to ensure alignment with company objectives. From optimizing financial systems to scaling eCommerce platforms and navigating complex operational challenges, I thrive on turning vision into action.

Beyond work, I lead the missions team at my church, fostering meaningful change both locally and globally. I was also a board member for the Homeschool Trade Association. I also enjoy spending most of my time with my family and coaching my kids in basketball and baseball, enjoying the beach, enjoying the pool, and watching them race through the yard on four wheelers.
